A reasonable and practical analysis process was selected and designed. The dual hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID) is organically combined with a nickel catalyst conversion device. Adopting an inner tank structure, the methane converter is directly mounted on the heating block of the detector, with nickel catalyst inside to convert the desorbed CO and CO2 in the absorption trap into methane, which enters the hydrogen flame ionization detector for detection. The absorption trap adopts a double cylindrical structure and is made of stainless steel material. The outer wall of the furnace body is processed into an arc-shaped groove, and the armored heating wire is tightly wound around the outer wall. It is equipped with ground molecular sieves inside to adsorb CO CO2, And desorb the adsorbed CO and CO2 at high temperatures.
